This page explains the cookies and similar technologies JumpPath uses and how you can control them. It supplements Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels, which work in comparable ways. We use the word "cookies" to cover all of these.
The cookies we use
Essential cookies. These are required for the Service to work. They keep you logged in, protect your account from unauthorized access, and help Stripe detect and prevent payment fraud on checkout pages. They cannot be turned off.
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our public pages, such as the quiz and this site's legal pages. Analytics cookies are only placed on pages you can reach without signing in, and only after you accept them. They are not used inside your logged-in account.
Advertising cookies. We use tools from Meta and TikTok on our public marketing pages only, to measure our ads and to show JumpPath ads to people who may be interested. These are only placed after you accept them, and are never placed on pages inside your logged-in account. We never send advertising partners your financial information or your assessment results.
How to control cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of our public pages. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may stop the Service from working.
To opt out of targeted advertising, use the choices described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the effective date above.
